Step-by-step instructions for creating your Pearl Industry Network creator account.

Registering as a creator on the Pearl Industry Network is fast and secure. This guide will walk you through setting up your account, verifying your email and phone number, and completing the onboarding steps required to access creator tools and resources. Follow the instructions below to get started and join a trusted professional network built for creators.

There are two different steps to registering with PiN (Pearl Industry Network). The first is Registration, where you create your account and verify your email and/or phone number. After this is complete and you login for the first time, you will be put through an Onboarding Flow

Our Journey starts at the Registration Page for Creators

Take a moment to thoroughly read through the intro before proceeding to the next step, as it will outline what is coming up.

Currently we are accepting creators by Invite-Only. Any existing member can give you an invite code that will allow you to skip the line and get into the system immediately.

If you do not have an Invite Code, you can still register. You will be put on the wait list until we are ready to allow open registration.

  • If you have been given an invite code, enter it now.
  • If you don't have one, you can click on 'Continue' to Skip

Step 2: Tell us about yourself

Basic Information About you

The 'Display Name' field is for your performer name, alias, stage name etc. Any value entered into this field will replace your Legal Name from being seen to logged in users. If you do not put a display name, your Legal Name WILL be shown to logged in users.

Enter your basic Profile Information in the spaces provided.

  • First Name*: Your Legal First Name
  • Last Name*: Your Legal Last Name
  • Display Name**: Use this field as your 'Stage Name' or 'Performer Name'.
    • If you put a name in this field, it will be shown inside the system everywhere INSTEAD OF your legal name. If you do not enter a Display Name, your Legal name will be displayed to logged in Users.
  • Email (Required)*: This email must be valid and will be how you login to the system moving forward.
  • Phone Number**: as it will automatically enable Two Factor Authentication using text messages if the event of abnormal activity in your account.
  • Gender**: This will help other creators to find you when looking for gender specific collab partners.
  • Date of Birth*: This is part of confirmation that you are of legal age and able to be a part of the community. This is not shared, or displayed anywhere, but is used to calculate numeric age.

Step 3: Location

Address information is not displayed or shared publicly.

Required Fields:

  • City
  • State/Province
  • Country


Address and Postal/Zip Code aren't needed at this point, but may be if you choose a paid membership, in which case you can update it later as well.

Step 4: Choose a Password

When choosing a password, consider these pointers

  • MUST be 8 characters or more.
  • MUST consist of:
    • ATLEAST 1 Capital Letter
    • ATLEAST 1 Lowercase Letter
    • ATLEAST 1 Special Character (!, #, @, $, % etc.)
    • ALTEAST 1 Number (non-repeating)
  • CANNOT include repeating or easily guessable patterns
    • Example:
      • Password1234
      • password
      • SomeThing1111
  • Security Best Practices encourage you to use unique passwords for every online service and not to re-use the same password as another site whenever possible. Although this is not enforced, it is recommended

Step 5 - Verify Your Email Address

Check your email for the Welcome email that was automatically sent to you. Inside you will see a link you can click to confirm that the email address is valid and that it is owned by you.

If you also included a phone number, you will be prompted for a code to confirm it as well on your next login.


That is it, you're done Registration! Now you can Proceed to Login

If the welcome email is not in your inbox, please Check Clutter/Junk as sometimes they can end up in there.

Please Note: It can take up to a few minutes for you to receive the welcome email.

Once you login for the first time, you will be taken into the onboarding flow.
