Reset your Password using the Member Portal
Follow this quick guide to securely reset your password and regain access to your account in minutes.
A Password Reset can happen in 2 places
One from the login screen directly on the website, the other, from the main login page of our member application. This article is focused on the Member Portal.
Resetting from the Member Portal

Resetting your password is fast and secure. Use this guide to update your login details if you've forgotten your password or simply want to protect your account by choosing a new one.
Head over to the Member Portal
Open your browser and go to the Member Portal website and select 'Log-In' in the top right corner.
You will see the following screen:
Click on the 'Forgot Password' link underneath the 'Sign-In' button
Enter your email address in the space provided and click 'Send Reset Link'
That's it! Check your email to finalize the process and choose a new password
Check Spam / Clutter folders
Normally the password reset email comes in almost immediately, however sometimes it can take upto 2-3 minutes before being received. If after 2-3 minutes you still have not received it, check your Spam, Junk or Clutter folder as sometimes they can end up there.
Important Note:
For security purposes, the process will allow you to go right through to the confirmation screen even with an invalid email address. This is intentional so as to disclose whether or not an account exists in our system.
