Reset your Password using the Website
Follow this quick guide to securely reset your password and regain access to your account in minutes.
A Password Reset can happen in 2 places
One from the login screen directly on the website, the other, from the main login page of our member application. Both paths are shown below.
Resetting from the website (pearlindustrynetwork.com)
Resetting your password is fast and secure. Use this guide to update your login details if you've forgotten your password or simply want to protect your account by choosing a new one.
Visit the Pearl Industry Network Website
Open your browser and go to the Pearl Industry Network website and select 'Log-In' in the top right corner.
You will see the following screen:
Type your email address in the box provided and click 'Continue'
Note:
It is not necessary to enter your old password here, you can skip it and click 'Forgot Password'
Click 'Forgot Password'
One more time, confirm that your email address is correct, and then press continue.
Check your email for the Reset link
Check Spam / Clutter folders
Normally the password reset email comes in almost immediately, however sometimes it can take upto 2-3 minutes before being received. If after 2-3 minutes you still have not received it, check your Spam, Junk or Clutter folder as sometimes they can end up there.

For security purposes, the process will allow you to go right through to the confirmation screen even with an invalid email address. This is intentional so as to disclose whether or not an account exists in our system.
